Hillside Estates Apartment Pet Policy

Dogs and cats are welcome in our community. There is a maximum of 2 pets per household. Each pet must not exceed 25 pounds, be housebroken, and be at least 1 year of age. Pets must have all its shots verified by Veterinary or Animal Shelter records. Contact Hillside Estates Leasing Office for further information about breed restrictions, pet move-in fees, and monthly pet rent.
